"i was not seeing ghost,or been strangled by mysterious hand,its just a sleep paralysis.sleep paralysis is usually accompanied by hallucinations whether of visual,auditory or tactile stimulation. in this case,i got tactile,:p. ye ke sleep paralysis?? yakinke? hmmm bile revise2 balek quite possible sbb semlm ak byk beraktiviti,exam,berkejar ke bas, g fathalla bli brg mcm nk kosong da fathalla tu,sampai umah terus masak.so, no wonder la since sleep paralysis can be triggered by stress and exhaustion. xcaya jgk??? boleh bce sdiri kt cni."
